District Conference
Our 2026 Northern Ohio District Conference will be held August 14-15, 2026 at the Akron Springfield Church of the Brethren in Akron, Ohio. Cindy Peel, Former Pastor will serve as Moderator. The theme is "Give it to Jesus" and is based on Philippians 3:7.

Please consider bringing the items listed below to District Conference to help support Akron Springfield's Church of the Brethren Kid’s Closet!!!
- New or gently used clothing for babies, toddlers, and elementary ages children.
- New Socks and Underwear.
Sizes needed are newborn through size 14 for boys and girls
Friday, August 14th at 6:30 p.m.
A special offering will be taken during worship for the District Conference Fund. This fund provides for conference expenses, including but not limited to supporting host church expenses, ice cream, conference speakers travel and expenses, delegate materials, books and handouts, youth and children’s activities, display area, insight sessions and much more!
Saturday, August 15th at 4:30 pm
A special offering will be taken for Inspiration Hills Camp during Saturday evening’s worship. Our district camp needs the generous support of our churches and members to continue this vital ministry in our district.
